Q: Can I request hotel reservations?
A: While we don't handle hotel reservations directly, we're happy to assist you with recommendations. With so many great options available for online booking, you'll have no trouble finding the perfect accommodation to suit your needs. If you'd like, we can suggest some hotels based on your preferences, such as location, budget, or amenities.
Q: Can I request ticket reservations?
A: Yes, we can assist you with making reservations for Shinkansen and limited express trains. Please provide us with the following information:
Desired travel date and time
Departure and arrival stations
Number of passengers
Preferred seating class (if any)
Please note:
Japan Rail Pass holders: Unfortunately, we cannot make reservations for Japan Rail Pass holders. You'll need to make these reservations yourself.
Ticket purchase: When purchasing tickets, we'll need to charge a small fee to cover processing costs. This fee is in addition to the ticket price.
Additional services: We can also assist with purchasing advance tickets for popular attractions like TeamLab and Tokyo Skytree. A fee will be charged for this service.
Please understand that our primary service is providing guided tours. Ticket reservations are an additional service that we offer as a convenience to our clients.
Q: What are the payment options?
A: We offer flexible payment options to accommodate your needs:
PayPal: This is our preferred method for international payments. We'll send you an online invoice, which you can easily pay with a PayPal account or a major credit/debit card.
Stripe: If PayPal isn't convenient, we can also accept payments through Stripe.
Payment Schedule:
Early Booking Discount: For bookings made more than 3 months in advance, you can pay 50% upfront and the remaining balance closer to the tour date.
Standard Payment: For bookings made less than 3 months in advance, a full payment is required at the time of booking.
Please note: Any additional costs, such as ticket purchases or transportation fees, will be added to your final payment.
Q: Can I be picked up at the airport or cruise terminal?
A: Yes, we can arrange a pickup service from the airport or cruise terminal. Please note that an additional fee will apply for this service. If you only need transportation to your hotel, we recommend using a taxi or booking a private car service.
Q: Is it possible to tour by car?
A: Starting in spring 2024, we'll offer car tours with a guide. However, due to parking restrictions in Tokyo, we'll arrange a chartered car service for these tours.
The cost for a 4-seater minivan is:
¥30,800 for 4 hours
¥61,600 for 8 hours
(Prices include 10% consumption tax but exclude highway tolls and parking fees.)
