Tour guidelines

• Standard Tour Hours: My standard tour hours are 8 hours per day, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, I'm flexible with start and end times. Please let me know your preferred dates and times using the contact form.

• Overtime Fees: For tours exceeding 8 hours, I charge an overtime fee of ¥5,800 per hour. This fee is only applicable if both parties agree to it in advance.

• Airport/Port Pick-up/Drop-off: I can arrange airport or port pick-up/drop-off services for an additional fee of ¥15,000 for Narita Airport or ¥8,000 for Haneda Airport/Yokohama Port. Please note that transportation costs to and from Tokyo city center are not included.

• Suica Card: To save time, I'll provide you with a Suica card for public transportation within the Tokyo metropolitan area. This card is suitable for adults only.

• Payment and Taxes: All prices are inclusive of 10% consumption tax. Payment methods and schedules will be discussed individually.

• Meeting and Ending Points: Unless otherwise agreed, we'll meet at your hotel lobby in Tokyo and conclude the tour at your hotel or another designated location.

• Additional Costs: Additional costs may apply for transportation outside the Tokyo metropolitan area, taxis, ferries, entrance fees, and meals.

• Gratuities: While gratuities are not expected, they are always appreciated.

• Flexible Itinerary: I'm happy to customize your tour to your specific interests and preferences.

• Clear Communication: Please feel free to ask any questions or make special requests.

By understanding these guidelines, you can plan your Tokyo adventure with ease and confidence.

Payment terms

Deposit:

• To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required.

• You can make this payment using a credit card or PayPal.

• For bookings made within 7 days of the tour start date, a full payment is required.

Final Payment:

• The remaining 50% balance, along with any additional costs for reservations or transportation, is due on the day of the tour.

Additional Costs:

• If you require assistance with booking transportation, accommodations, or activities, additional fees may apply. These fees will be added to your final payment.

Please note:

• Once you've agreed to the terms and conditions of your tour, we'll send you an online invoice for the deposit.

• Upon receiving the deposit, we'll send you a booking confirmation.

REservation

• Restaurant Reservations: While we can assist with restaurant reservations during your tour, please note that popular and high-demand restaurants may be difficult to book. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferences, but we cannot guarantee availability.

• Advance Payments: If you require us to make advance payments for transportation, tickets, or other services, we'll need to charge an additional fee to cover processing costs.

• Car Tours: Due to parking restrictions in Tokyo, car tours are limited. If you're interested in a car tour, we can arrange a chartered car service at an additional cost. The estimated cost for a 4-seater minivan is ¥30,800 for 4 hours (including 10% tax, excluding tolls and parking fees).
