Cancelling Your Tour
We understand that plans can change. Here's how our cancellation policy works:
Cancellation by You:
To cancel your booking, please contact me by phone at +81-90-1625-8470 or by email at sabro.satake@gmail.com. I'll confirm your cancellation via email.
Full Refund: Receive a full refund (minus a 5% payment processing fee) on your deposit if you cancel more than three days before your tour starts (by midnight Japan time on Monday of the same week your tour starts on Friday).
No Refund: No refunds for cancellations made within three days of your tour start date.
Cancellations by Me:
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your tour after you receive confirmation, I will:
Issue a full refund of your deposit (including any money transfer fees).
Reimburse you for any pre-booked extras like meals, transportation, or attraction tickets.
Cancellations with Additional Services:
If you booked additional services like food, transportation, or attraction tickets:
Cancellations over three days in advance: I'll refund your guiding fee according to the general policy.
Cancellation fees may apply: You may be responsible for cancellation fees or non-refundable portions of pre-booked extras. I'll do my best to get the maximum refund possible on these additional services.
